Qualified Leadership for Our Community

Steve Moss For Ditrict 10Steve Moss is founder of San Francisco Community Power, which pilots innovative programs that address resource issues facing vulnerable communities; and publisher of the Potrero View, the neighborhood newspaper that serves Dogpatch, Mission Bay, Potrero Hill, and South-of-Market. He also serves as a Budget Advisor for the Office of Technical Assistance, U.S. Treasury Department, and as an Adjunct Lecturer in the Public Administration program at Mills College and San Francisco State University.

Steve previously was a Budget Examiner at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and Committee Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives. He was a Fulbright Scholar (India), W.K. Kellogg Foundation Leadership Fellow, San Francisco Board of Supervisor’s appointee to the Potrero Power Plant Citizens Task Force, and Governor’s appointee to the Inspection and Maintenance Review Committee. He has a B.S. in Conservation of Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. +Read More About Steve
